5 out of 5 stars One of te best rpgs   August 6, 2010

5 out of 5 stars Best RPG game yet!   July 27, 2010
Polarbearwars
This game is the best yet in RPG games! I'm going to review it in gameplay, controls, music, graphics, and replay value

10/10 Gameplay- You play as a boy named Lloyd or you could even play as one of the many other other characters, that goes on a journey with the chosen Colette to regenerate the world from the evil group the desians. It is a little more complicated then that but it is good enough to keep you interested. The story has a lot of twists and turns and very on the edge of your seat action. The dialogue is very interested and is very comical but can keep seriousness. This type of RPG is real time. You have to go up to the enemy and fight and defend. Later in the game it takes some strategy.

10/10 Controls- The buttons work well and it is very responsive to the actions you push in. Also there are extra shortcuts that the American version has. I would give the controls 11 if I could they work so well.

10/10 Music- The mixes in the game are... good not rememberable. Mostly music in games are not supposed to be great to take away from the rest of the game so in that case its great!

10/10 Graphics- The character designs are very different and are well drawn. The cel-shaded character design works well with this game. The background is mostly part of the game. It is created the same way the characters are. The enemys are all made well and are very differentiated. On the map they are of two forms, a blob and a walking creature. Then when you run into them they turn into what your going to fight.

10/10 Replay Value- Since the game is quite long(you could even log over 40 hours) you will want to play it again! Also after you complete a game you get grade of how you did in battles and can get you upgrades for your next game.

10/10 Overall- It simply is an amazing game you have to check out if you have a wii or gamecube!

5 out of 5 stars I love the game but my copy wasn't playable...   January 3, 2010
Teresa A. Cozart (Celine, Shardover)
I got this game sooner than expected, and i was really surprised! But soon to end the excitement was the game disk not working. As soon as i put the game in the gamecube, the "Error, could not read game disk" sign came up... and i tried it like 20 times, then I cleaned the disk as best as I could, and the game still would not be read. I also tried it in my Wii, thinking it would be read incase the gamecube was broken, but got the same result /: i wasx really lookin forward to playin this game is it possible to exchange it...

If you could please reply as soon as you possible can that would be great... thank you.

This is the best game I've played in a long time. It's a long engaging story with quite a number of twists. Its very interesting and it begins and ends spectacularly.
The gameplay is awesome, it's real time battle and you can strategize the NPC if playing alone, or play with three other friends.
It's simply the best there is on GameCube, and believe me, I played over 50 good rated games of the gamecube.
If thinking of buying, think no more and just buy it, its the best there is.

5 out of 5 stars greater than expected   September 9, 2009

i already had extremely high hopes for this game and it definitely surpassed them! once you beat the game, it gives you the option of "buying" what i like to call handicaps for the game when you replay it. it's impossible to get a perfect game the first run through so you will definitely need to play this more than once. graphics are awesome and the story line is just as great. it gives you two different endings so choose wisely!
